Vitruvian Health in Hamilton Home Health seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed PTs in delivering home-based therapy across age groups. You will prepare patients, document care, and perform treatments under supervision, with driving required and GA licensure eligibility.

Full-time role offering benefits and a patient-centered team environment. Must have an accredited PTA program graduate, one year of experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Licensure: Registered PTA, or eligible for license in State of Georgia.
• Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance as per policy.
• One year of experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists in performing treatment program for all age populations as directed by the registered physical therapist.
• Demonstrates ability to perform clinical skills for all ages, primarily geriatrics.
• Maintains skills to perform treatments and procedures in Home Health as directed by RPT.
• Prepares patients according to procedure through proper draping and positioning.
• Administers patient treatment under RPT guidance, per established procedures.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely; ensures safety during transport and treatment.
• Promotes patient safety and collaborates with family as needed.
