Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within scope of practice and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and CMS-required data; collaborates with physician.
• Observes and reports patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts assessments of functional ability using standardized tests.
