Job summary
Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one clinical support to clients in their homes near Boston. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with families and care coordinators to maintain safe, independent living.

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN License is required.
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable work ethic.
- Previous home care, assisted living, or hospital environment experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and clinical assessments in a home setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
- Assist with complex Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility support.
- Monitor health status, manage clinical paperwork, and provide medication reminders.
- Maintain clear, reliable communication with clients, families, and care coordinators.
