Adoration Health in Glasgow, KY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our home health team on a part-time basis. You will deliver patient-centered, 1:1 care in patients' homes, following individualized plans of care and ensuring comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LPT/LVN license in KY with active registration.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred; home health care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 client care following plan of care.
• Administer medications and other treatments per plan.
• Accurately document nursing actions and communicate with families and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies and medications to ensure availability.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.
