ROADRUNER HOME HEALTH LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide supportive, hands-on assistance to clients in their homes in Belen, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will assist with personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping while promoting client independence. Qualifications

Must possess an active New Mexico CNA certification.
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain is required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor is essential.
Experience in home health preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of-motion activities.
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse.
Provide companionship and promote client independence and dignity.
Follow infection control procedures and company policies.
Accurately document care provided and maintain timely communication.
Travel to assigned clients within designated service areas.
