Job summary

Roadrunner Home Healthcare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care across New Mexico, including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Española, Los Lunas and Belen. Join a nurse-owned team focused on independence, comfort and dignity for patients in their homes.

We value compassionate, dependable CNAs with NM CNA certification and CPR. Travel to patient homes is required; benefits include health insurance, PTO and a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Active NM CNA Certification is required.
• Current CPR Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
• Travel to assigned patient homes within service area.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide hands‑on support and compassionate care to clients in their homes while working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Qualifications

We're looking for dedicated caregivers who have:

• Active New Mexico CNA Certification (Required)
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain

• Professional, compassionate, and dependable work ethic

Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome motivated CNAs and provide support for your success.
