The Bristal Assisted Living in Englewood, New Jersey is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care in a respectful and dignified manner, becoming a familiar face to our residents.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, escort residents to meals and activities, and support their physical, emotional and psycho-social well‑being while following the guidance of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring bedside manner for elderly residents.
• Ability to follow care routines and instructions from supervising staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor in a senior living setting.
• Experience with geriatric care and dementia is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Follow policies, procedures, and directions from Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness.
