Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a home-based Caregiver to provide personal care, support daily living activities, and assist with household tasks for individuals in their own homes. This PRN role covers Lake Butler and surrounding areas with flexible shifts.

The position offers hourly pay between $13 and $20, dependent on experience, and includes benefits such as comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase, and a 401k contribution. Prior AHCA training and BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• BLS Certification.
• 40-hour AHCA-required training or passing AHCA competency test

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
