Mederi Private Care, part of the Optum family, is seeking a home-based Caregiver to assist an individual in their own home in Lake Butler and surrounding areas. The role focuses on personal care, daily living activities, and transportation support to help the client remain independent.

This PRN position offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and development opportunities. A valid BLS and AHCA training (or willingness to complete) are required.

Qualificações

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• BLS Certification
• 40-hour AHCA-required training or passing AHCA competency test

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
