Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to deliver in-home care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with daily personal care, mobility, and safety to support recovery and quality of life.

This per diem position offers a rate of $30–$40 per visit, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for future full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Read and follow written care instructions independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Assist with mobility, ROM, and meals as per care plan
• Take and record vital signs and monitor patient health
• Document care and report changes to supervising nurse
• Support patients with medication self-administration
• Keep living space clean, safe, and orderly
• Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
