Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. seeks a per diem Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in‑home care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with daily personal care, mobility, meal support, and monitoring in patients’ homes.

The role offers per diem visits with compensation between $30 and $40 per visit, requiring CA CHHA certification, CPR, and reliable transportation. You will work independently in a family‑oriented team focused on high‑quality home health care.

Qualifications

Certified Home Health Aide in California is required.
Current CPR certification with AHA.
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
At least 18 years of age.
Able to read and follow written instructions.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Committed to high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
Assist with mobility, exercises, and range‑of‑motion activities per the care plan.
Support patients with meals—from preparation to feeding assistance when needed.
Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
Help patients with medication self‑administration.
Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly.
Observe patients and report changes to the supervising nurse.
Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards.
Perform other duties as required for patient services.
