Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Mt. Laurel is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence and comfort.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping patients with medication reminders and management
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
