Job summary

Unifi Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate personal care under RN supervision in clients’ homes. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meal support, and companionship while documenting care and maintaining safety standards.

You will work under the Plan of Care, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with RN Case Managers and administrators to ensure quality, respectful care for our clients across Idaho Falls and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an approved HHA training program.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• TB screening within the past year.
• Clear state background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and ambulation.
• Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding support per the Plan of Care.
• Document care, vital signs, intake/output and concerns the same day services are provided.
