Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills with clients and their families.
• Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Remind individuals to take their medication and offer help with administering it.
• Keep track of vital signs and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with clients, offering emotional support.
