Vivera Senior Living of Columbus seeks a dedicated Full Time Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, dignified care for residents in Columbus, IN. You will guide residents through daily living activities, support family communications, and participate in ongoing training to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and completion of an Indiana HHA program, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Must have successfully completed an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program in the State of Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living.
• Connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
