Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow written or verbal guidance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families and associates.
• Basic technical skills to perform repetitive, well-defined duties.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Encourages residents to do as much self-care as possible.
• Documents care delivery in the resident's clinical record.
• Follows infection control and safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and reports changes promptly.
