Qualifications

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is also preferred.
• Previous experience in home care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to ensure clients’ comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to client’s dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Observe clients for health changes and report concerns.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
