Job summary

A healthcare provider in Indianapolis is looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential personal care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position requires a valid Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant license in Indiana. Ideal candidates are compassionate, communicate effectively, and are willing to travel between client locations in the Anderson area. Qualifications

• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements.
• Willingness to travel between patient’s homes in the Anderson, IN area.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience in a supervised setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance in daily activities for clients.
• Assist in the administration of medications as directed.
• Document care provided and submit necessary reports.
