Job summary

Associated Home Care seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home across multiple Massachusetts locations. You will perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, while providing personal care and companionship to improve well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HHA certificate or CNA license preferred; training provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Experience as CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
