Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable home health aide with strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
