Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve clients in their homes in the local area. You will follow a nurse's plan of care and deliver compassionate, reliable personal care and companionship while receiving training and support from a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
• Must demonstrate compassion and reliability in daily care.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per the written plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation.
• Support with range of motion/exercises and mobility as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and maintain safety.
