Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to support clients in Wilmington and Leland, NC. You will perform personal care and companionship tasks under a nurse's plan of care, with training provided to start and grow in the role.

The position offers flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, per-diem, on-call) and opportunities to advance with ongoing training within a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization that values safety and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care following a written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
