Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - West Bloomfield is looking for dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide nurturing personal care services for clients in their homes. You will assist with various personal care tasks, companionship, and household management to ensure that clients can remain in their residences comfortably.

The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or G.E.D, certification as a Nurse Aide, and at least six months of experience in a similar role. The preferred candidate will enjoy providing personalized care and have flexible scheduling availability.

Qualifications

• Must be listed in good standing on the State’s Caregiver Registry.
• Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the Home Health Aide Test.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Perform homemaking activities like vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
• Assist with medications that the client self-administers.
