Job summary

Ellis House LLC (Home Care) is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide in Olney, Maryland. You will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Qualifications

• Must have one year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud.
• Give medications and medication reminders.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
