Job summary

Tlc Homecare Inc is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide attentive, one-on-one care in patients' homes. You will follow a care plan, build relationships, and maintain detailed observations while communicating effectively with supervisors.

Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license with CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
