Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The role offers an hourly rate of $20 with competitive pay and weekly paychecks, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, an HSA, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs when ordered, ensuring safe transfers, and documenting patient conditions for the assigned nurse

Qualifications

• Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given
• Possess and maintains current CPR and First Aid certification in accordance with state regulation
• PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily living tasks per plan of care (baths, dressing, feeding, etc.)
• Take and record vital signs as ordered (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Support safe transfer and ambulation
• Provide range of motion exercises per care plan
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Assist with patient laundry and daily living needs
• Observe safety practices and use equipment properly
• Observe and document patient condition and report changes to nurse supervisor
