Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the Lehigh Valley area. The role focuses on compassionate, dignified care for elderly and disabled participants with respect to their rights and dignity.

Responsibilities include home assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation as needed. The position offers flexible schedules, with part-time or full-time options, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Capacity to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Provide home assistance: light housekeeping, errands, transportation, meals, and reminders for medications.
• Offer companionship and conversation to residents.
