Job summary

Hope Home Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in their homes. This role emphasizes independence, safety, and well-being, with training provided as needed. Experience is helpful but not required; attitude and responsibility matter.

You'll assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, help with mobility, and perform light housekeeping. Weekly pay and flexible schedules support quick start within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• No certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
