Job summary

This in-person position requires reliability, ability to work independently, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comfort and well-being for clients receiving home health services.

Qualifications

• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication are essential.
• Strong observational skills for monitoring health status and reporting changes.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently per care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain client living environment cleanliness including light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer memory care support to clients with cognitive impairments.
• Provide CPR if necessary and assist with catheter care per health plan.
