Qualifications

• CHHA license in good standing (NJ)
• Ability to perform essential daily living activities
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance
• Provide verifiable professional references
• Consistent employment history for past 12 months
• Pass national criminal background check
• Health requirements: physical, TB test or X-ray, MMR vaccination

Responsabilités
