Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide compassionate in-home care. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and adherence to individualized care plans across clients in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Follow the care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
