Job summary

Lorian Health is hiring a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to deliver in-home personal care and daily living assistance under RN/therapist supervision. You will ensure safe, high-quality care and maintain accurate documentation while supporting patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, meals, vitals, mobility support, medication assistance, and maintaining a safe environment. Eligible candidates hold HHA certification, CPR, and a clean health screening with ability

Qualifications

• Meets state-required education/experience for HHAs.
• Active state certification/licensure in good standing.
• Strong physical stamina and mental health.
• Clear pre-employment health screening (TB test/X-ray as required).
• CPR certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and skin care.
• Assist with meals, vitals, ambulation and exercises per care plan.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and in-home cleanliness.
• Observe, report patient changes and document per standards.
