Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is hiring Home Health Aides in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek to support clients at home. You’ll assist with daily activities, personal care, transportation, and companionship, helping clients stay independent and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care for others.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and own vehicle.
• Willing to work every other weekend.
• Excellent attendance and a caring, compassionate personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Support clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and run errands.
