Preferred Home Care of New York is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to work in your community TODAY. We offer weekly pay starting at $18.65 per hour and flexible scheduling.

As a Home Health Aide you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, mobility, meals, and basic nursing tasks under supervision. Requirements include a valid HHA certificate, valid ID, and commitment to training.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA Certificate.
• Valid ID.
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.

Responsabilités

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with meals.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.
• Use of special equipment (i.e. Hoyer Lift).
• Taking temperature, pulse, and respiration as directed.
