Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurses Aides (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home support across Jasper County, MO and surrounding areas.

Positions include DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver at $16.00/hr and Active MO CNA at $17.00/hr, with part-time to full-time hours and PRN opportunities. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and PTO/health benefits are offered to employees.

Qualifications

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers using lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding and medication reminders or administration as directed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Provide companionship and support for patients at home.
