Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support seniors and disabled clients in Oakland, CA. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Qualificações

• Must have CHHA or PCA certification.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment screening.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid license & proof of insurance if driving.

Responsabilidades

• Follow specific care plans for clients and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist in routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and errands.
• Support self-administration of medications as directed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to department needs.
• Comply with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and organizational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
