Job summary

S & S Home Health Care Agency in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our in-home care team. You will assist clients with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and provide companionship, all in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training (as required by state regulations).
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
