All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home assistance for clients in West Virginia. Primary duties include meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene support, and safe transportation assistance to help clients remain independent at home.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work autonomously while respecting client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
