Job summary

Happier at Home in New Jersey seeks compassionate Caregiver/CHHA to provide warm personal care services and companionship in clients' homes. You will follow each client's Plan of Care, assist with ADLs, and coordinate with a supervising nurse to adjust plans as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• An active State of New Jersey certification as a CHHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship.
• Perform duties per the client's Plan of Care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor changes with the Nurse.
• Update the Plan of Care as needed and document services delivered.
