UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Home and Community Based Services Aide in Biloxi, MS to provide in-home support and assistance with daily living activities, enabling clients to remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, household tasks, meal prep, and accompanying clients to appointments, with documentation and EVV usage. The role requires reliable transportation, CPR may be needed, and flexible hours to support clients in diverse home settings.

Formación

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to operate medical equipment properly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
