SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team in Valrico, Florida. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, plus establishing a professional relationship with clients, families and co-workers. One year of home care experience and HHA/CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home care
• HHA or CNA certification
• Axis Care software knowledge preferred
• Background screening through the Clearinghouse required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish professional relationships with clients, family, and coworkers
• Be punctual and consistently cover shifts
