All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes in the St. Louis area. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain dignity and independence for clients at home.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• 18+ years old with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for clients.
• Light housekeeping and companionship.
• Personal hygiene care assistance.
• Transportation assistance to appointments or activities.
• Other light duties as assigned.
