Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to support clients in Delaware with personalized in-home care. The role offers flexible hours and a chance to work up to 30 hours or more per week, with orientation and same-day start options.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, reporting changes in client condition, and collaborating with the health care team to promote independence and well-being in the client's home.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Be part of the client's Health Care Team and report any changes in client's condition.
• Promote the company as the leading home care provider.
