Job summary

Haven Home Care in Ohio is hiring Home Health Aides to support seniors in their homes. Typical shifts run daytime hours with flexible scheduling to reach 20+ hours per week, across multiple clients, with travel between visits paid.

Pay starts at $16–$18/hour for HHA certification or experience, up to $18–$20/hour for STNA roles, plus holiday bonuses and referral incentives; training pathways are available. This W-2 position emphasizes reliability and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• STNA license (active or expired) encouraged for higher pay.
• HHA certificate or equivalent experience required/considered for interview.
• Experience with home care enhances eligibility and hours.
• No experience? training available, paid or unpaid as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults at home with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, and errands.
• Provide companionship and mobility support; avoid medical tasks.
• Ensure safety and communicate changes to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate care with clients across multiple homes as scheduled.
