Job summary

S&S Home Health Care Agency is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care and maintain clients' independence. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship in a patient-care setting.

Qualified candidates hold a state-certified HHA credential, CPR/First Aid is preferred, and strong communication is essential. Reliable transportation and punctuality are important for consistent visits.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training required by state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside and accompany to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor health changes and report to supervisor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records.
