Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced CNA to perform home health visits across Dauphin, Adams, Cumberland and York counties. As a certified nurse aide, you will join a multidisciplinary team delivering home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients in their homes.

Offering flexible schedules and 1:1 patient ratios, BAYADA emphasizes safety with PPE, on-call clinical manager support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience as a CNA or equivalent preferred.
• Must be listed on the PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Vital signs checks and transfers using safe techniques.
• Medication assistance and home management tasks.
