Always-Compassionate-Health-1 is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support clients at home. You will follow the plan of care created by the Nursing Supervisor and provide help with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and in-home safety, fostering trust with clients.

You will remind clients to take medications, assist with transfers up to 50 pounds, report changes to the agency, and document care activities.

Qualificações

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must have a certificate from a Home Health Aide training program consistent with State requirements.
• Must have the maturity for good work relationships.
• Sincere interest in caring for the sick and disabled.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a healthy, safe environment and provide nutritional and environmental support.
• Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, walking and feeding the client.
• Position the client as instructed and assist with treatments and therapy as ordered.
• Remind the client to take medications and report changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Document care activities and report important information to the agency.
• Assist with payment of bills only when authorized and documented.
• Carry out tasks under the direction of the nursing supervisor.
