Job summary

Florry Creative Care Corporation in Bartow and Lakeland, FL is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping and respite care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

We seek compassionate professionals with at least 1 year of HHA/CNA experience, valid CNA or HHA certification, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of documented experience as HHA or CNA.
• Current and valid CNA or HHA certification.
• Background check: Level II completed per federal and state regulations.
• TB test: negative.
• Health screening: clear of communicable diseases.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide light homemaking duties (dusting, laundry, chores, meal prep).
• Offer companionship and social engagement with clients.
• Provide respite care to give caregivers a break.
• Observe and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
