Job summary

Ovation Home Care in Florida is seeking Home Health Aides and CNAs to join our team to work directly with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans.

You will provide compassionate, personalized care, stay organized, and maintain clear records; strong communication is essential.

Applicants should have a Home Health Aide credential or be able to pass Florida competency test, high school diploma, driver’s license, CPR, and pass a Level II background screening.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in home health or senior caregiving is a plus (as noted in duties).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as transfers, bathing, and mobility.
• Care for clients by performing light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care.
• Maintain client care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Engage patients to support mental sharpness and well-being.
• Provide medication reminders and supervise exercises or activities.
