Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide hands-on personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in patients' homes in Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility and safety, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

The role requires CNA certification, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable transportation to travel between patient homes. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Current State Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Aide certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe walking.
• Follow each patient’s care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and protect patient privacy.
